Nino Franco 'Rustico' Prosecco Valdobiadene NV Review
This is a classic style of Prosecco from Valdobiadene. It's a pale straw color, with aromas that include fresh pear and wildflowers. The texture is soft, clean, and palate coating, with a fresh mousse and a long, fruit driven finish. While you could certainly use it in a mimosa or a spritz, it's so nuanced and pleasant that you'll enjoy it more on its own.
