Mayacamas Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Review
This is an old world style Napa Cab that's a cult favorite among sommeliers, and with good reason. Mayacmas has eschewed the trend of huge oak in favor of a beautiful balance of fruit and acidity. The mountain grown Cabernet releases a delicious aroma of bright red fruit, cassis and tobacco. It's a wine that lingers on the palate, begging you to take another sip. It's an extremely memorable wine and would be perfect for a special occasion or to impress. It also ages wonderfully.
