Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere 2015 Review
This is a very full-bodied and ripe Chilean Carménère. It has intense aromas of cocoa powder, coffee beans, blackberries, and a hint of spice. The texture is smooth and bright, with flavors of ripe plum and dark chocolate. The wine is dry, with subtle tannins and a very long finish. It’s a big, friendly wine. You’ll enjoy it if you like bold Malbecs or ripe Cabernets and want to try something different. Drink it on its own or with grilled meats and mushrooms.
