This is a vibrant and complex Pinot from an up-and-coming producer. The color is medium-light, and aromas include cherries and baking spices. Flavors include tart cherries and an earthy, savory quality. The texture is on the lighter side but elegant and complex. If you like subtle, complex Pinots, you’ll want to keep Fullerton on your radar.
