Dampt Frères ‘Les Fourneaux’ Chablis 1er Cru 2014 Review
This is textbook, layered Chablis, but with less zest and more mellow, savory aromas and flavors: bright, lemon-lime citrus, soft red apple, rocky, seashell minerality, and savory notes. It has a lot going on and is, above all, tasty, but for a premier cru cuvée, it lacks depth.
