Château Le Clou du Pin Bordeaux 2014 Review
This budget Bordeaux has a rich, concentrated nose, with not-quite-jammy blackberry fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and a faint note of fresh clay. That richness does a complete 180 on the palate, which is much more driven by tart cherry fruit and grippy tannin, with herbal hints. Somewhat lacking mid-palate, but could round out in a year or two.
