Capçanes ‘Peraj Petita’ 2014 Review
This kosher blend from just outside the prestigious Priorat region combines both drinkability and surprising complexity. Dark aromas of mixed cherry, canned tomato, and wet soil muddle on the nose, but the palate’s grippy structure and fine line of acidity add depth and interest to the palate. It’s equally as successful as a solo sipper or as a pairing for red sauces and grilled meats.
