Beaulieu Vineyard 'Georges de Latour' Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 Review
Though layered and powerful, there’s a soft elegance to this iconic Cabernet Sauvignon that gives it more impact than if it were merely bombastic. Fresh black cherry mingles with aromas of vanilla bean, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and cedar, the flavors growing as they sit on the palate. Even as the long, silky finish adds flecks of spicy herbs and aniseed, it’s clear that this is a sophisticated wine with decades ahead of it.
