Anne Amie Vineyards 'Marilyn' Brut 2011 Review
Opulent and snappy at once, this traditional method sparkling wine hits on many levels. On the nose, buttery, toasty, nutty richness wraps around prickly strawberry and tangerine fruit, the orange citrus really popping on the palate. While the wine remains round around the edges, the linear, tart acidity sears down the center of the tongue, driving forward to a tangy, salty, earthy finish.
