Succulent, candied aromas of peach gummy candies, sugared oranges, and waxy apple might point the sipper down the sweet wine route, but this Prosecco is totally dry. An initially creamy mouthfeel strips away to austere, prickly lemon citrus and tongue-numbing acidity, creating dimension and interest.
