Revalation Vineyards Petit Manseng 2018 Review
This is a great Virginia white wine. It has some weight to it, and a slight grip. It’s very juicy and balanced, with good acidity. This is a great white wine for the holidays. It has enough lift to pair with veggies and cranberry sauce, and enough depth for turkey and gravy. It would also be awesome with a green pad Thai or tacos to calm the heat.
