Ravines Wine Cellars Pinot Noir 2016 Review

This is a good Pinot Noir. It has some issues in the balance category, with the cherry fruit being a little too tart and the alcohol being a bit sharp (heightened by the bright acidity), but as it opens the earthy fresh soil aroma comes in to bridge the gap, bringing out the fleshy core and making it worth a try. Especially if your dinner party menu has some roasted gamey meats.
