Rabbit Hole Distillery 'Heigold' Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Review
Upon lifting a glass of Rabbit Hole’s “Heigold” high-rye bourbon, the nose is greeted with a pleasant bouquet of ripe red berries, graham crackers, and a smidge of wildflower honey. These notes carry over seamlessly onto the palate, with some lightly tannic oak complexity lingering on the finish. While not an unusual bourbon by any means, this release ticks all of the right boxes and more than justifies its price tag.
