Pursuit United Barrel Proof Rye Review
You can find another career after content creation! This growing brand created by hosts of the popular “Bourbon Pursuit” podcast Ryan Cecil and Kenny Coleman shows their ability to identify quality whiskey. An uncut and unfiltered blend of three different mash bills from two distilleries (Bardstown Bourbon Co. and Maryland's Sagamore Spirit), there’s a distinct s’mores note on the nose. The palate is likewise dessert, with notes of meringue, lemon bars, and caramelized sugar, all balanced by wintry spices like nutmeg and cloves.
