Actor and Washington native Kyle MacLachlan and winemaker Daniel Wampfler met while Kyle and his father explored the backroads of the Evergreen state. Now the two collaborate in making wine under the Pursued by Bear label. With this Cab, this collab is working wonders. The 2020 bottling is earthy and meaty with a nose of brambly red fruit. The palate has a great fruit core that's held up by grippy tannins. This bottle is ready to age.
