Primosic Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT 2017 Review

Lunch anyone? Or should I say, Pranzo reggazi? That is what this wine reminds me of. Ribolla Giall comes in more than one form but here, in its most raw form, it is a pleasure to drink. Raised only in stainless steel the wine has no bubbles, yet feels frothy on the palate, with lively notes of green and yellow apple along with a welcome hint of acacia honey winding through. The acidity refreshes the palate for another sip, and it is a perfect wine for a mid day meal.
