Pierre Sparr Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé NV Review
Expressive, with ripe strawberries and cherries mingling with yogurt on the nose. There is also some jasmine with a touch of honey to round it all out. The palate has a nice grip to it, concentrating the fruit aromas with tight bubbles. This is a great value bubbly that will please many palates.
