Pierre Peters Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Reserve NV Review
Inspired by the Solera method, Pierre Peters Champagne House began its journey of incorporating more than 20 vintages into their reserve wine in 1988. This Blanc de Blancs contains 40 percent reserve wine and is exclusively composed of Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. This grower Champagne is rich with a balanced mix of toasted brioche and vanilla notes. It rounds a corner, introducing perfectly ripe green apple and finished with a spritz of Meyer lemon oil. The quality of the fruit used is clearly high in this lavish and full of flavor Cuvée.
