Peju Province Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Review
This wine is HUGE. One sip is like a soft punch in the teeth. It’s heavily extracted, dense, dark, and cooked. Cooked as in the high alcohol soaks into the perceived aromas and burns them a bit. Blueberry and blackberry notes char into roasted coffee beans. If you are a fan of the Cult Cab boozy intensity, then this is for you. It’ll age, but that alcohol isn’t going anywhere.
