Pax Rancho Coda Gamay Noir 2022 Review
Even though Pax is most well-known for its Syrah, the winery has been branching out and experimenting with new grapes in recent years. This Gamay Noir is a wonderful example of where their heads are these days. It has soft dark fruit notes with some saline, blueberries, cherries, and all kinds of fruit. The palate is amazing with more soft fruit and impeccable balance. The acidity is perfect allowing the wine to maintain depth while still being refreshing. This one hits many palate preferences.
