Produced using a 1922 copper-and-brass column still at Panama’s Las Cabras Distillery, this rum is matured for 15 years in toasted ex-Tennessee and Canadian whiskey casks before being bottled at 42.1 percent ABV. The profile shows ripe fruit, gentle oxidative depth, and nicely integrated oak, all carried with supple weight.
