Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Review
Damn, this wine is solid. It has the intensity that you love in Cali Cabs, but emanating out of that intensity is balanced power. It’s got the classic stuff that will remind you of cassis, blackberries and cracked black pepper. The edges of the wine are still a bit rough, with some young tannins trying to chill, but it is drinking really well now. Grill up that steak, do whatever you do with potatoes, and invite some friends over. This will pair perfectly and raise a few eyebrows. And check that price, nice right?
