Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt Review
This blended release contains malt whiskies distilled at Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo facilities. While that distinction means it doesn’t class as a single malt, this falls firmly into that territory, profile wise, and lands toward the richer, bolder end of the spectrum. With hints of earth, smoke, and spice, there’s lots of nuance and personality to appreciate in this whisky.
