New York Distilling Co. Ragtime Rye Review
Based in Brooklyn, New York Distilling Co.'s Ragtime Rye contains a mash bill of 72 percent New York-grown rye, 16 percent corn, and 12 percent malted barley. Bottled at 45.2 percent ABV after aging for at least three years, its nose carries red berry, cinnamon, and sumac aromas. With a hefty palate offering fruit sweetness and a slightly mentholated profile, this rye is a great choice to mix into the cocktail named after the borough from which it hails.
