Mount Gay Eclipse Review
Combining column and pot-still rums, this blend has an approachable and versatile profile, allowing it to be enjoyed neat or in cocktails. The base spirit serves generous helpings of tropical fruit while its aging period in American whiskey barrels has added a rich dose of sweet vanilla. Given its character and quality, this rum hugely over-delivers for the price point.
