Moet & Chandon Brut Rose Grand Vintage 2013 Review
There's not a big finish to this wine (it doesn't quite linger on the palate), but it has a great saline vibe that screams for seafood. There is a slight herby/peppery note cutting through the once lush fruit. The texture is solid, with a slight grip on said palate. Go briny here. Crudo, oysters, and canapés are in order.
