Merotto Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Col San Martino Cuvée del Fondatore Graziano 2020 Review
This is a Prosecco that is all about texture. The nose is very mineral-driven, with only whispers of aromas. When the wine heads toward room temperature, hints of honey and waxy flowers petal pop up. It’s very balanced on the palate, where the structure of the bubbles holds the wine in suspension so that you can perceive the edges in each sip. This is a great wine for oysters.
