Macari Vineyards 'Horses' Sparkling Cabernet Franc Rosé 2016 Review
This is a wine meant for a party, with slight notes of toasted coconut along with lime oil and peach. It’s frothy and fun, with the bubbles heightening the perception of some floral notes like hawthorn. Bring a bunch of these bottles to the bonfire and enjoy being the big boss on the beach. Just note that this is a bit of a funky, geeky wine, that to some might also smell a bit like horses.
