Laws Four Grain Bourbon (Batch 21) Review
Colorado's Laws Whiskey House includes four heirloom grains in the mash bill for this small-batch bourbon. Each are milled, cooked, fermented, distilled, and aged on-site, with the whiskey resting a minimum of three years before release. The grains' vibrant character shines throughout, complemented by toasted oak and ripe berries.
