On their site, Las Jaras states its goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. This basically defines this wine. It's a delicious Chardonnay from the esteemed Alder Springs vineyard in Mendocino. It has a mineral nose with subtle fruit and an extremely balanced palate. The mouthfeel has beautiful texture and a slight grip.
