La Maliosa 'Saturnia' Bianco 2020 Review

Antonella Manuli ran a luxury spa in Maremma Tuscany for a decade marveling at the surrounding nature. Nature became her inspiration to produce organic and sustainable products such as honey, olives, and wine. This is one of her skin-contact grapes made from two types of Trebbiano grapes. The nose is a mix of honeyed and savory notes like honeyed melon and a hint of ginger and agave. The palate is dry and grippy with a wonderful core of fruit that settles the prominent tannins.
