This is a delicious wine made with native white wine varieties that have been macerated on the skins for a year in both stainless steel and oak. This brings depth and refreshment all at once. There's fresh notes of agave, ginger, and pears with hints of white pepper. Balanced palate with nice acid and fruit to match.
