King Family Vineyards Chardonnay 2018 Review
Virginia is for lovers, and clean, crisp, beautiful Chardonnay it would seem. This bottle is only available on the winery’s website but man, is it worth the time online. Not burdened by heavy oak and butter, this is a vibrant wine with bracing acidity lifting up off your palate. The nose might remind you of caramelized pear. There is a wonderful grip on the palate, and with a glorious 13% alcohol this wine is refreshing and ready to jive with all kinds of food, like summer salads with goat cheese and arugula, grilled veggies, and roasted Chicken. It would be killer on your holiday table too.
