Kenwood Vineyards Mendocino | Sonoma Merlot 2018 Review

Kenwood Vineyards don’t really need an introduction. From the purchase of an old pre-prohibition jug winery, to today, the brand has seen its consistent rise in prominence on wine shelves across the US. They are known for their affordable, young wines that are meant for casual consumption, and Merlot is no exception. It’s soft and juicy with a little bit of tannin for framing. The fruit is tight with good acidity and fruit balance. It’s what you want on a weeknight.
