Kellerei-Cantina St. Pauls Chardonnay 2018 Review
There is are two wine descriptors that sound weird but work when they work, lemon balm and beeswax. Two terms that exude a perception of citrusy sweetness on the drier side of your olfactory. This wine has these in spades, along with ripe green apple aromas and flinty mint from vibrant acidity and no oak exposure. The structure is angular, with just the right amount of depth. It’s an excellent food wine that won’t weigh down your palate but instead will heighten the food experience.
