Australia Cabernet Sauvignon is a species of its own in the best way possible. This delicious Cab has a saline nose with blackberry aromas and some coffee vibes. The palate has a slight grip that eases immediately and the fruit has a nice medium weight that is framed by the subtle tannins and lifted by good natural acidity.
