J Vineyards Cuvee 20 Brut NV Review
A true American Sparkler with the California sun trapped inside the bottle. Made with the same grapes used in Champagne with an emphasis on the Chardonnay, this blend of cool climate vineyards is bright, round, and soft on the palate just like the Cali sun on your face. The bubbles are so chill man, with a nice broad palate of high-tone lemon citrus cream washing over you, balanced by the carbo. Whether you are munchin' on Dungeness crab in San Fran or a goat cheese salad in Mendocino, this is a California wine through and through that you will love.
