J Vineyards Brut Rosé NV Review
If this isn't a proper, aggressive American Sparkler I don't know what is. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with an emphasis on the Pinot, this bubbly is alive. Dancing like a whirling Dervish on top of a bread-y undertone is the welcomed attack of grapefruit with some strawberry taking second fiddle along with orange blossom and a hint of honey. This bottle is a bit pricey, which effected the score, but it's a fun splurge for a baller brunch.
