Illahe Vineyards 'Bon Sauvage' Estate Pinot Noir 2022 Review
This is a cuvee Illahe began in 2015 as they began working with native yeast fermentation. Well, those native years are killing it...and winemaker Brad Ford of course. This beautiful wine has tart cherries and cola mingled with cinnamon and earth on the nose. The palate is very even and balanced with fleshy fruit giving way to balanced acidity and judicious oak.
