One of the few brands that benefits from national distribution, Ilegal Mezcal Joven is easy to get your hands on and just as easy to enjoy. An unaged expression made from Espadín, it serves rich wafts of smoke and hints of apple, pepper, and earthy agave. This bottle belongs on every bar cart.
