Il Colle Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 2020 Review
This is one of the more expressive examples of Prosecco out there. It's not very complex but will remind you of waxy flower petals and garden vegetables (peas?). Even though the layers aren’t there, the wine has nice comfy bubbles that dance on the palate with a saline finish. It’s a nice, easy-drinking, balanced wine.
