Hirsch 'Hirschvergnügen' Grüner Veltliner 2022 Review
Johannes Hirsch is part of the new biodynamic certification in Austria that focuses solely on vines and winemaking. They call this their casual Grüner but it's seriously delicious. It's slightly floral on the nose with a dose of pear and some salty bistro butter. The palate is calm and tart with good acidity and a medium depth.
