Hibiki Suntory Whisky Japanese Harmony Review
Once a 12-year-old release, this non-age-statement blend contains malt and grain distillates, the former of which are made at Suntory’s Yamazaki and Hakushu facilities, while the latter is produced at its Chita distillery. The final blend lives up to both name and billing, with vibrant tropical fruit and floral aromas setting a lively tone on the nose, before sips of honeyed, malty sweetness coat the palate.
