Hibiki ‘Blossom Harmony’ 2022 Limited Edition Review
Hibiki Blossom Harmony, the highly-anticipated sequel to a 2021 release by Japanese whisky giant Suntory, is a blend of a dozen grain and malt whiskies that have been finished in sakura (cherry blossom tree) casks. The whisky displays an alluring bouquet of floral notes that complement its sweet malt core, and finishes with dazzling nuance that reveals some spicy notes.
