Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon Review
What it's lacking in proof, this Tennessee bourbon more than makes up for in age. Seven years in American new oak impart caramelized pecan notes and spicy char to its robust stone fruit and sweet corn core. The palate shows wonderful depth and surprising complexity, given the proof. For 50 bucks, you can't ask for much more.
