Harmony Cellars Central Coast Chardonnay 2016 Review
Barrel fermenting Chardonnay is a great way to bring balance and depth in a warmer climate like the Central Coast. This is a toothsome wine with comfortable butter and toasted coconut with a hint of banana and lemon curd. These are all pretty intense descriptors, but this Chardonnay has such a good acidity that all of these characteristics are kept in check. The wine is solid and elegant and worth the $25 for a gift.
