Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique Brut Rosé NV Review
Since 1991, Pieter Ferreira has been the cellar master at Graham Beck and has been crafting sparkling wine in South Africa — one of the first to really bring this style from their country to ours. In 2012, Ferreira passed the torch to mentee Pierre de Klerk while he became the head of the Cap Classique association. Pierre de Klerk is keeping the legacy alive and it shows in this rosé. This wine is such a solid bang for your buck. It offers tart red berry notes and a crisp nose and palate.
