Gracias a Dios Agave Gin 32 Botanicals Review
Mexico-born and triple distilled from an agave base, this gin includes a whopping 32 botanicals — a nod to the 32 states of Mexico. Its profile is clean, green, and vegetal, with a resounding agave character from nose to finish. Stir this gin up with some vermouth to make an actual Mexican Martini (not the so-called Mexican Martini that’s slipped into the cocktail zeitgeist in recent years).
