Russian River Valley
The Full Review
You know that aroma when the meat you are grilling just starts to char? That is one of the prominent aromas in this wine, and that is all kinds of awesome, along with blueberry, balsamic and a dose of earthy goodness. There is a hint of vanilla playing a background role, and the mouthfeel is soft and chewy and begs you to fire up that grill. This is a great wine to share with fellow wine lovers in a backyard as the sun starts its descent on a beautiful Spring afternoon.
