This 14-year-old Highland single malt matures in a combination of bourbon and port casks. The latter lends a vibrant ruby hue and a measured seasoning of red wine. Kicking off with spicy, earthy notes, the palate displays clear signs of age in the form of caramelized nut and dried fruits flavors.
